My name is Ari Wharton, I’m 29 and I’ve been tending the virtual doors/ foundations of live events on Zoom for over 5 years. Supporting people in successfully hosting virtual and hybrid (virtual+in person) gatherings of many kinds.
I enjoy doing many things with my time including writing, reading, walking around, being with people, dreaming the world I want to co-create, sewing, making art.
I am grateful for the ways we have available for connection and the opportunity to help host gatherings connecting people and their ideas and their art all over this world.
I am dedicated to serving my clients in the ways that feel mutually right and generative.
Feel welcome to reach out and to see if we’re a good fit. I am available to brainstorm both the unique details and big picture of your event.

The exciting thing about gathering with other people on zoom is that there will always be some amount of spontaneity and liveliness that comes from being together in real time.
It’s helpful to have a person whose job is navigating the interface of zoom, tending the tech details and keeping an eye on what needs might arise moment to moment in order to help keep the container and purpose of the event clear.
To have someone to assist in facilitating the shared time runs smoothly within the beautiful unfolding moment of connection.
To help tend the fringes of people and details at any given event so that they are not forgotten or dropped. This is what I aim to do for my clients.
